Another Rainy Day

Beth harvested some Oregano from her front herb garden for use in her OTB Mexicorn Soup.

Thunderstorm BlowsThrough Around 11:30 AM

Small line of thunderstorm blew through Rockwall / Fate around 11:30. The heaviest rain was over by 11:43 AM.  R and B moved errands and appointments to mid afternoon in hope of missing the rain.

The Peach Tree

The Peach Tree on the Perdinallas has so many peaches on it that it is breaking limbs during windy times.   

Beth and Ron trimmed so small limbs with peaches to relieve some of the breakage during windy times
Alex will come to 14CR late afternoon 05/02/18 Wednesday with saw and finish trimming broken limb and cleanup around the tree

Lincoln1996

On 05/01/18 Ron had Chubbs Wrecker come to 14CR and take the Lincoln1996 in to Jackson Automotive   On 05/02/18 Ron checked to see if Lincoln1996 had arrived, which it had, then Ron told James to install a new battery, Air Conditoner Freon Charge and Windshield Wiper reservoir refill. James said it needs new blowup bags for easy ride but R declined.

Ron's Diet Plan

Ron has decided to try to go on 1/2 rations to lose weight.  Meaning to intake only 1/2 what he normally would.  There by still getting to enjoy the good food we have, but cutting portions to 1/2.  He has asked Beth to help him do this.

Goslings come out of the Nest

Beth was excited to discover six goslings along with Mom and Dad goose come out from the nest to the Corn Field on the morning of 4/26/2018

It seems early this year for goslings.  Other years seem to have been a little later:

On 05/15/14 Goslings showed in 2014. On 04/29/17 Marla Poole says that she saw four baby geese.  And this year on 4/26/2018 Goslings Showed for 2018.
