Today is Day 43 of Beth Vertigo BethVertigo2020

Yesterday, Beth saw Dr. Bellinger about her heartburn / GERD.   After a lab test, bacteria causing the problem was ruled out. Dr. Bellinger prescribed 90 days of Omeprazole and a Sleeping Pill that is supposed to help with sleeping through the night and thereby helping with fatigue. Beth still awoke at the same times through the night but was able to go back to sleep quickly instead of the norm of tossing and turning and staying awake.

Beth began taking a new Rx last night at bed time (it's supposed to help with sleeping through the night).  Beth still awoke at the same times through the night but was able to go back to sleep quickly instead of the norm of tossing and turning and staying awake.

Beth seems a little better today, but overall, Beth has better days and worse days and it looks like today is a better day. The better days take her a couple of healing steps forward but the worse days take her back a healing step.  So there is progress in healing but it's slow.

Beth  has gained back 1 lb. of the lost 6 lbs.

Beth seems a little better than yesterday. She seems a little better over all but still has fatigue and some dizziness.  Heartburn is also causing a problem for Beth. Beth  has lost 6 lbs. in the the 35 days since BethVertigo2020 began.

Today is Day 26 of Beth Vertigo and Day 03 of BethVertigo2020 Rx Meds New Prescription from Dr. Maddox E.N.T. 

Today has been about the same as yesterday, 

Dizziness: 50 % -  same  

Stomach: 25 % -  nausea: Stomach upset but feeling like she needs something in her stomach, eats a bit every few hours. 

Fatigue: 60% - Very tired all the time and says needs sleep  (usual) 

Sinuses : 02 % -  seem mostly clear . 

Mostly very Dizziness and with that comes the Fatigue and a bit of stomach problem, and that's the situation again today  Fatigue - having to rest laying down most of the day continuing. Beth is usually downstairs for about 3 hrs in the afternoon although laying on the Living Room Sofa for a lot of that time. 

Beth was downstairs at 05:00 PM for "dinner" then Beth upstairs  06:55 PM  for the night.

Today is Day 25 of Beth Vertigo and Day 02 of BethVertigo2020 Rx Meds New Prescription from Dr. Maddox E.N.T. Today's Beth Operating Level 62 %  at 07:57 AM  Beth was up and down eating a few bites of Toast, apple, through the night  Beth has a few bites of cereal and milk and Toast, some coffee upstairs.  The evening  yesterday for Beth was a little better than the day before   But this morning dizziness seems back to the usual dizziness, maybe a little less  this morning - heavy exhales the mornings seem to be worse on a regular basis. Beth Status: 07:25 AM    Beth Downstairs, Beth had Oats, toast and a little coffee. Beth worked weekly Med Box. Beth upstairs 07:50 AM  Beth Blood Pressure DID NOT Read xxx/xx pxx.

• Fatigue: 50% - Very tired all the time and says needs sleep  (has been awake since 04:00 AM (usual) 

• Sinuses : 02 % -  seem mostly clear . 

• Mostly the very Dizziness and with that comes the Fatigue and a bit of nausea, and that's the situation again this morning  Fatigue - having to rest laying down most of the day continuing. Beth is usually downstairs for about 3 hrs in the afternoon although laying on the Living Room Sofa for a lot of that time. 

• Beth upstairs 07:50 AM overall, feeling bad.  try to sleep and rest  

Basically I would say everything is about the same.

Dr. Maddox E.N.T. Appointment Report from Thursday 12/17/20 : 

        * Labyrinthitis of both ears  (The two vestibular nerves in your inner ear send your brain information about your spatial navigation and balance control. When one of these nerves becomes inflamed, it creates a condition known as labyrinthitis. Symptoms include dizziness, nausea) 

        * Meniere's disease of both ears (Symptoms of Meniere's disease appear to be the result of an abnormal amount of fluid (endolymph) in the inner ear, but it isn't clear what causes that to happen. Factors that affect the fluid, which might contribute to Meniere's disease, include: Improper fluid drainage, perhaps because of a blockage or anatomic abnormality,  or  Abnormal immune response,  or Viral infection or Genetic predisposition )

        * Vertigo of Central Origin  

        * Benign paroxysmal vertigo of both ears

        * Vestibular neuronitis of both ears (inflammation of the vestibular nerve)

        * Rx Change: Stop Steroids Begin Meclizine 12.5mg 4 times daily and Follow up appointment scheduled in 4 weeks 01/14/21 . 

        * Beth said she failed physical tests  (walking with one foot in front of other - drunk test, and other tests ) Dr. said all symptoms Beth is having line up with diagnosis: Inflamed inner ear canal

Amana Washing Machine 12_2020 installed and put to use

14CR purchases a new Clothes Washing Machine

The Kenmore 700 Clothes Washing Machine quit running a week and 4 days ago on 12/06/20.  Dave with Morgan Appliance Repair worked on it and thought it was the motor and had to order a new one in. When the new motor arrived and was installed, the washer still would not run.  After speaking with Whirlpool Tech, Dave said the only thing it could be was the Timer or wiring harness, both could not be ordered because they were discontinued because of the age of the washer. So Ron purchased a new Amana Washing Machine from North Texas Appliance. It's scheduled for delivery on the morning of Thursday 12/17/20.
