10:00 AM Ron goes to Casual Male XL in Mesquite to check out Sale 20% off
12:30 PM Ron stops by Bakers for lunch Childs Plate Smoked Chicken and Cole Slaw, Ice Tea
03:30 PM Jo has been cooking cake and pecans, Ron says Butter and Salt come pecans and I'll go smoke them. Ron cleans smoker and puts pecans in to smoke.
04:20 PM After 40 minutes at 235º with 2.5 oz hickory = Very Good Pecans
